Leadership

At the 2025 District-Wide HOSA Competition, my partner and I presented the Varnam.Health Initiative at the 2025 District Competition. The project culminated in the publication of a comprehensive research report that synthesized current medical literature, clinical findings, and global health disparities in childhood cancer care. The report also proposed potential community-based interventions and innovative outreach strategies to bridge gaps in early diagnosis and supportive care.

• Treasurer (9th Grade):

As treasurer of HOSA in 9th grade, I assisted in preparing for upcoming meetings and creating school-wide fundraising events. I managed club finances and designed additional materials such as flyers and posters.  My team and I raised about 250+ dollars that would help fundraise for our HOSA competitors to compete at the competition.

As Co-Founder, Current President, Former Vice President, and Lead Choreographer of the dance organization during my 10th, 11th, and upcoming 12th grades, I played a pivotal leadership role in both the creative and operational aspects of the team.

I led high-energy performances at major school rallies, engaging audiences of over 5,000 students, faculty, and community members, showcasing cultural expression and school spirit through dynamic choreography. I helped organized and facilitate regular dance meetings and rehearsals for a group of 20+ student dancers, fostering a collaborative environment focused on technique, confidence, and unity.

Through this leadership experience, I developed strong skills in team management, event coordination, and creative direction, while also cultivating a platform for student expression and community engagement through dance.
